The craze over sit-stand desks started a few years ago when numerous articles, YouTube videos, and even some Ted talks with the title “Sitting is the new smoking” emerged all over the internet. Due to the change of our daily activities, a regular person sits during the morning commute, at his desk at work, in meetings, at lunch, during the drive home, at the dinner table or restaurant, and then he continues to sit at home to watch TV or use the computer. And sadly he does it again the next day, and the next day and so on. You get what we are trying to say!
